Liza's ex provides PR test
April 29th, 2008
David Gest, the face-lifted music producer and short-lived husband of Liza Minnelli, called Markson on Sunday to request that he oversees his publicity in Australia.
The request comes in the event of Channel 10 picking the car crash reality TV series in which Gest stars, I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here, airing next month.
But with Markson involved a Gest fest is likely to ensue, with the celeb spruiker looking to negotiate the plastic fantastic fella a reality series based on his travels through Oz.
If you havent seen that particular series of 'I'm a Celebrity' with Dave Gest and Jason Donovan, then you should because its pretty funny … David is pretty out there and his stories of his maid, and his charities are attrocious, but piss funny!! haha .. Dean Gaffney was classic with his trials, as well as Matt, who was the coolest. Watch it!

The startling honesty by Griffin (who says he created the Scanner to cause “minor public relations disasters for companies [he] dislike[s]”) is refreshing and heartwarming. What a wonderful way to put the wicked through the wringer.

I’ve taken Effexor twice now. It worked better than the other SSRIs that I tried, but the side effects are horrible. And the withdrawl is surreal. He mentions “electro-shock type sensations.” Those were great. After I stopped taking it (and I tapered off as directed) I would still get them. Have you ever woken up violently in class or at work when you aren’t supposed to be sleeping? You know that weird searing pain that happens for a fraction of a second? Well couple that with the optical illusion of a 60’s style crash zoom, and you get the gist of “electro-shock type sensations.”But it sure beats depression.

I’m using Firefox in Ubuntu Linux, and I only got the sticky and drop-downs. Also, all four of the good pop-ups got through.Looks like we have it pretty good.Although, oddly, the popups on Newgrounds still get through sometimes.
